Our Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses in Australia. We will soon be expanding to other address across the world.

Our Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. This may change when we have sales or around Christmas time.

Shipping options and rates are displayed at the checkout process. We offer standard and express shipping options.

FREE SHIPPING is available for all orders over $80AUD, shipped within Australia. Local pick-up is available from Bendigo Victoria at an arranged date and time – address will be given after payment - simply select “Pick-Up” during the checkout process.

We use Australia post for all shipments. We will provide a tracking number once parcel has been sent via email. You will then be able to track your purchase.
Novel Notes is not responsible for any shipping delays or issues caused by the Australia post. However, if you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Our Pick-Up Policy

Local pick-up is available from our home address in Bendigo - simply select “pick-up” in the checkout process.

Your order will be ready to pick-up within 24 hours (excluding Public Holidays). If urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to assist.

Orders can only be picked up at an arranged time and date. Once an agreed time and date is agreed upon t we will send through our address
